In the campaign for JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass, I leveraged strategic Flash Sales on Facebook and Instagram to fill occupancy gaps during off-peak periods for the property. This innovative approach, involving targeted ad placements and a dedicated landing page was a resounding success, booking over 6,000 room nights and generating over $1 million in revenue, achieving an impressive 1,000:1 ROI.
Working alongside my SAE and the creative team, we revitalized the property's image and guest experience through a major renovation and social media overhaul. The strategy, centered on the resort's unique ocean connection, involved innovative social content and targeted digital messaging. The campaign dramatically shifted perceptions, resulting in record bookings, a surge in social media engagement, and significant growth in online community size, exemplifying my ability to transform luxury resort branding effectively.
Our team managed the hotel's reputation during a $27M renovation, mitigating negative impacts and rebranding the hotel through social media and PR activations. Our strategy included proactive content creation, targeted advertising, and social media engagement, culminating in a significant increase in community size and engagement. The successful campaign not only enhanced the hotel's social media presence but also positively influenced its TripAdvisor rating.
Coming off of COVID-19, Salishan Coastal Lodge wanted to attract travelers back to the hotel. I led an immersive advertising strategy targeting diverse traveler segments, using a full-screen ad format & custom quiz. This approach successfully guided users from engagement to conversion, resulting in 30% quiz completion, driving $48K in revenue, achieving a 23:1 ROAS, 116 unique bookings, and 838 website clicks
