ONLINE PRESENCE REVAP:
UBER EATS
Tasked with revamping stores' presence across Uber Eats platform. I led new content shoots for 6 plant-based grocery stores/cafés across US & Can. Then updated & optimized each stores' Uber Eats Profile.
This resulted in a 1,576% increase in sales on the platform and 1,290% increase in new customer acquisition.

OMNICHANNEL DIGITAL CAMPAIGN
Launched 4 XMarket stores on Mercato, an online grocery delivery service. Worked with the team to ensure inventory was consistently correct for a seamless shopping experience and launched an omnichannel campaign to raise awareness & drive traffic to the platform. The campaign included social, email & SMS campaign to announce presence on the platform, offering a welcome deal.

These efforts resulted in a 99% item confirmation rate on the platform (demonstrating inventory accuracy) and digital campaigns drove over 10,000 new visitors to the platform.

PAID SOCIAL CAMPAIGNS
Insights into my role in orchestrating impactful paid social media campaigns across a variety of sectors, including hospitality and retail. Each case study details my strategic approach to achieve specific client objectives, such as driving revenue, increasing occupancy during off-peak times, and launching new products. Through innovative tactics like flash sales, immersive advertising, lead generation campaigns, and strategic content creation, I have successfully driven engagement, bookings, and sales, showcasing my ability to generate substantial returns on investment.

SMS & EMAIL MARKETING
Launched new technology across XMarket retail stores to gather email & SMS subscribers from customers at checkout. Also launched email & SMS marketing campaigns across stores.

This resulted in driving over 1,700 new email/SMS subscribers across three stores in two months.
